Equipment rental at Kitekollektivet is located just 100 meters from "Sydvestpynten", one of Denmark's best kitesurfing spots for beginners and experienced kitesurfers.

Choose from individual pieces of equipment or complete package solutions. We offer flexible rental periods, including day rentals, and significant discounts for weekly rentals.

Equipment rental for SUP

Rental services

At Kitekollektivet you can rent kitesurfing equipment and SUP if you have experience with the sport and have taken an introductory course.

All equipment can only be rented at the Surf Center at Kalvebodvej 250, 2791 Dragør.

Terms and conditions
Rental equipment must be picked up and returned within the Surf Center's opening hours. The equipment must be returned dry and cleaned, if this is not the case, a service fee of DKK 150 will be charged.

Daily rental is valid for 24 hours. This means that if you rent the equipment on Wednesday at 16:00, it must be returned no later than Thursday at 16:00. Late returns will be invoiced for an extra day.

FAQs

What documents do you need for me to rent equipment?

A photo ID in the form of a passport or driver's license is required for rentals. And a deposit of 1500 kr..

Who can rent equipment?

We prefer that you can present a kitesurfing diploma: Danish Sailing Union, IKO or other forms. In connection with each rental, we have a personal dialog, and it may also be possible for you to rent without proof.

Where can I kitesurf after renting equipment?

You can kitesurf in our backyard "sydvestpynten" which is a great beginner area, alternatively there are several other good spots on Amager - close distance from our rental location.

Am I insured when it's borrowed equipment?

No - it is your own deductible that must insure the equipment during the rental period.

Damage to equipment during rental

You must pay a deposit of DKK 1500 in connection with the rental. We will only deduct the amount after you have returned the equipment. Upon return, we will check the equipment for damage or lost items, and if a situation arises, we will deduct it from the deposit.

If you're going surfing and looking for a course, use kitekollektivet.

Call in and have a chat with them. They know exactly what you need and are very helpful. Or book it online if you're more experienced.
Everyone is just so nice all the way around and always skilled and happy instructors.
We had to be rebooked many times due to lack of wind and there was never any fuss about it, always nice and helpful people, again.
And we were also offered a place closer to our residence than our summer house, as we were not in a summer house after the summer. Very flexible.
I really recommend the kotek collective, book!

  Have had a beginner course with Kitekollektivet and have been super satisfied. Safety is emphasized and is top notch. Lynæs is a brilliant place for beginners, shallow and beautiful.   We have just been on a fantastic kite weekend with Kitekollektivet. 6 aspiring beginners who all had a super good experience - not everything was easy :-), but we were guided safely and well through.   DO NOT GO!!! For the two following main reasons : 1. The instructor Lucas was impecient and not the most caring
2. There are airplanes flying all the time above your head which drives your attention and there are rocks in the water!!!
