Become an instructor at Kitekollektivet

Kitekollektivet søger instruktører til kitesurfing, SUP, windsurf og wing foil i 2025-sæsonen.

Kitekollektivet er et fællesskab og kiteskole. Vi underviser primært i kitesurfing, men vil fra 2025 undervise i flere vandsports-discipliner, så mestrer du allerede én eller flere discipliner og har mod på at undervise, så er dette jobbet for dig! Stillingen skræddersyr vi individuelt ud fra dine kompetencer og interesser. Der er både mulighed for fuldtids- og deltidsjob og da alt afhænger af vind og vejr, vil der være perioder med flere eller færre timer. Undervisningen vil primært ligge uden for normal arbejdstid.

Hos Kitekollektivet er passionen for sporten og viljen til at lære fra sig i centrum. Du skal være uddannet instruktør, omend det er gennem IKO, Dansk Sejlunion eller andetsteds. Vi garanterer stort udviklingspotentiale i jobbet som instruktør hos os.

Du vil blive en del af en ungt dynamisk team med engagerede instruktører og et højt energiniveau. Vi har et tæt fællesskab og der er rig mulighed for sparring med resten af teamet. Vi underviser i kitesurfing på det meste af Sjælland, hvorimod de resterende discipliner kun vil forgå på Sydvestpynten i København.

Kan du varetage undervisning i flere discipliner er det en fordel, men ikke et krav.

Become a Kite Collective instructor

Kitekollektivet (The Kite Collective) is looking for full-time and part-time kitesurfing instructors for the 2023 season (April-October).

We are looking for kitesurfing instructors who are passionate about kitesurfing and can transform an ordinary day into an active, exciting, educational experience that keeps them coming back for more. If you also know wing foil, windsurf og SUP, you'll also have the chance to teach this.

Denmark has the perfect conditions for teaching with good dependable wind, shallow water, sandy beaches and is a great playground when you're not teaching.

Kitekollektivet is about creating a kite community in Denmark as well as a kite school. You will be part of a young dynamic team with dedicated instructors and a high energy level. We have a close community so you will get a lot of new kite buddies here.

Have an IKO and similar instructor license
Provide high-quality kite lessons that are fun and safe for participants

Employee for mobile café in Copenhagen

Kitekollektivet is looking for a part-time employee for a new surf center at Sydvestpynten in Copenhagen.

In the spring of 2023, Kitekollektivet and Kitesport.nu will open a new surf center, where there will be a shop, teaching and a mobile café. We are therefore looking for our new employee for the café, where primarily hot drinks will be served.

The position will be approx. 15 hours a week, but will vary and will primarily be outside normal working hours and will primarily be in the afternoon / evening and weekends.

If you have experience with kitesurfing, SUP, windsurf or wing foil, then you have the opportunity to combine the job as a café employee with an instructor job with us. See the job posting about instructors for more information.
